Method 1: Stir 1 tsp. into 8oz of hot water with a splash of milk, stir, let steep 10 minutes, and drink. At the end, add a splash of water, stir, and drink the settled powder.*
Method 2: Stir 1 tsp. into 4-8oz of water rapidly and drink immediately.*
Method 3: Add 1-3 tsp. to rice while cooking or add to soup stock.*
Method 4: Add 1 tsp. to smoothie or juice.*
